This restaurant is fully equipped and just starting a soft reopening from the COVID-19 shut down. It is has had many updates over the past 3 or 4 years and will be ready for you to take over and start your new business.

$10,000 down at the conclusion of Auction or next business day, 10% buyer premium.
DOWN PAYMENT is non-refundable and must be paid in full via Wire Transfer at the conclusion of the auction or next business day with the balance due in 30 days at closing. Purchaser will receive a general warranty deed at closing. Additionally, seller will provide purchaser an “owners” title insurance policy at closing. Buyer and Seller will be responsible for their closing cost. Upon the Sellers acceptance of the highest offer, the successful purchaser will be contacted at the conclusion of the auction.
Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required for bidding approval, name, valid address, and valid email address. NO EXCEPTIONS!! All property is sold ‘AS IS’.
Wire transfer will be a $20.00 fee.
Buyer’s Contract: Upon the Sellers acceptance of the highest bid, your bids placed on the Fowler Auctioneers, Inc. website/bidding platform are a contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due. Bidder will be contacted at the conclusion of the auction with the results.

In the event that a buyer refuses to pay in full at this auction, Fowler Auctioneers retains the right to pursue payment as well as compensation for any applicable legal fees to the full extent of the law in Pike County, AR, the venue of business transactions with Fowler Auctioneers. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.
