DOWN PAYMENT is non-refundable and must be paid in full via Wire Transfer at the conclusion of the auction with the balance due in 30 days at closing. Purchaser will receive a general warranty deed at closing. additionally, seller will provide purchaser an “owners” title insurance policy at closing. Buyer and Seller will be responsible for their closing cost. Bids from pre-bidding will convey to live auction. Upon the Sellers acceptance of the highest offer, the successful purchaser will be contacted at the conclusion of the auction.
