 Online DOWN PAYMENT is non-refundable and must be paid in full via Wire Transfer, Credit Card at the conclusion of the auction with the balance due in 30 days at closing. Purchaser will receive a general warranty deed at closing. additionally, seller will provide purchaser an “owners” title insurance policy at closing. Buyer and Seller will be responsible for their closing cost.

 If paying by Credit Card there will be a 5% Administrative Fee Assessed. If paying by wire transfer, there will be a $20.00 fee assessed.
